One of the questions that arose from our conversation last month was how to manage your system when you start trying things and the don’t work. So, Glen and I have put together some basics for managing the desktop, web and collaborative environments. The outline is in this powerpoint presentation on managing, which will morph into a narrated version at some point in the next while. But for now, we’ll use it as a guide to our conversation on Saturday, March 17th via webex.
